PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
The Regional Administrator shall report to the Chief Programs Officer (CPO) for Foster Care and Adoptions and shall be designated as the Administrator for their Licensed, Regional Office. The Administrator shall work in collaboration with the CPO to develop and implement strategies to hire, develop and performance manage staff, promote services in their Region, recruit and train new families, meet census goals, ensure that the Organization in in compliance with all policies and legal requirements, best practices are being implemented with regards to casework, and that Performance and Quality Improvement Initiatives are being met.
